Meets 

Plymouth Rock National Meet

Our National Meet is held once each year and rotated to a different zone (East, West, and Central) each year. National Meet sites are voted upon by the club members based on the three best proposals submitted by the areas of the country where the meet is to be held. Upcoming schedule of zones is:

2022: Central – WI, IL, MN, ND, SD, NE, IA, MO, KS, OK, AR, TX, LA, MS, AL, TN
2023: Eastern – ME, NH, VT, NY, PA, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, KY, OH, IN, MI, PR
2024: Western – MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, ID, WA, OR, NV, CA, AK, HI

Regional Meets

Those areas of the country not being considered for a National Meet will each have one Regional Meet in any given year. The Vice President shall solicit bids and place these Regional Meets.

Other Meets

If your club would like to host a Special, State or District Meet, please submit the following information to your area’s District Director:

• Show secretary’s contact information (name and address, phone number, or email address)
• Show name and hosting club
• Location (city and state)
• Date of show and type of meet

After all meets, we request that a completed MEET REPORT FORM is submitted to our points chairperson for our annual points totals.
